1. Add something fabulous.
At least one time this week, or every day if your prefer, do just one thing that adds value to your life.
It can be something you mean to do, but never quite get around to. Choose something lovely to add joy and value to your life.
2. Declutter your conscience.
Scratch one thing off your list that you have been nagging yourself about and keep avoiding. Then enjoy that freeing feeling when its done.
3. Celebrate yourself with a reality check.
Make a list of everything you got right lately. Include all those large and small successes you may neer give yourself credit for. Override any negativity that might be coming at you lately with this smart practice.
4. Do the 15 Minute Empowerer.
It's simple. Take 15 minutes, (set your timer!), and do something you've been avoiding around the house. You may not finish, but you will make it better.
5. Do the boomerang.
Every good you give comes back to you. Look for and really do whatever good you can this week.
